That's pretty freekin weak if you ask me. We did a pretty fair job of holding the runs against us down but we cant score more than 6 runs for the 3 game set?!?!?! What is up with that nonsense?

Something tells me they need to start some extra BP or something cause 6 runs in 3 games aint gonna win you anything.

WMD my arse. From the looks of things lately those bats couldn't hurt anybody.

How do we swept by Toronto? I suppose it would involve us losing every game in the series against them

[/smartass]

Because we're slumping and didn't get lucky like in Baltimore.

jays had the worst home record in the al coming into this weekend, o's swept them in toronto three weeks ago.

Carlos Tosca figured out how to use a bullpen. ;)

cuz they outscored us in 3 straight games? :huh

Anyone would have swept us this weekend.

Toronto's not a bad team, there still my pick to finish third in the AL East.

One word: DOME.

Have we ever played well in a damn dome? Between facing Minnesota and Toronto in their domes we have just sucked. I actually don't know our previous record in domes, but it would be interesting to see nontheless.

How do we get swept by Toronto?

Easy ... we ain't THAT good and Dat's baseball, especially on the road.

I think I am coming off my belief that the White Sox have a "good offense". Even though we have maintained the core of the 2000 team, the 2001-2004 Sox teams have not really had what I would call a good offense.

We have the type of offense that can destroy you one day scoring 10 runs and hitting long balls left and right but we can get dominated by just about any hard-throwing RH pitcher with a good breaking ball. Javier Vazquez, Justin Miller, or that guy Waechter on Tampa Bay. This lineup has some problems that need to be addressed.

somewhere?

Players who have shown they can't hit RHP worth a damn:

(I haven't checked on numbers so feel free to add or correct)

Paul Konerko

Aaron Rowand

Miguel Olivo

Joe Crede (usually)

Frank and Maggs (at times)

My same thoughts! Last year we rocked Twins a couple of games, but overall, we have not done well the last few years in domes.

This team is playing like JM is back in town in Toronto.
