May 18, 200421 yr I alternate between soda and pop--and when I am feeling super wild and crazy I call it soda-pop. Oh yeah soda-pop is only for the brave. I sometimes call it that too.

May 19, 200421 yr POP, I think it sounds like your a hick when you say soda. This from someone who lives in Illinois of all places. Illinois is loaded with hicks and they call it pop all around the midwest. In my mind anyone who says pop sounds uneducated. It's just the dumbest slang term ever.
