May 23, 200421 yr I got home around 3:45 to see the score 17-6. Wow what a game and even more importantly, one hell of a roadtrip. In a tie for first too, there aught to be a huge crowd there Tuesday.
May 23, 200421 yr The Sox are heading home tied in first place. Today’s game was crazy. The Sox were loosing 6 to 3 and at that moment I turned off the TV. Because Garland was getting in my nerves. Two hours later I see in the news that the White Sox beat the Twins 17-7
May 24, 200421 yr Best game ever. And after the 4th inning no one was harressing me or fellow Soxites. I got to see 2 batting practices today... Although, the fielding was disappointing (said nicely)--but wow, what a game! Even my roommate who abhors baseball was really excited and into it...Go go you white sox!
May 24, 200421 yr I didn't see a majority of the game, but we had it on in the background at my graduation party. I saw the score at one point where it was 6-3 Twins, and I came back in the house to see us up 11-6. That was GREAT; way to close out the series Sox!
May 24, 200421 yr I just saw this on ESPN's game notes...."Getaway day" has been great for the White Sox: They are 12-2 in the final game of series' this season.
