May 26, 200421 yr Can you download it once you buy it??? actually you download it first, then you buy it after you install it.
May 26, 200421 yr actually you download it first, then you buy it after you install it. I'm too cheap to buy it --- I still occasionally play OOTP 4 -- I get addicted for the week trial, then I go back to having a life.
May 26, 200421 yr How big of league you guys planning on having. all up to redandwhite. I honestly don't know where to begin w/ an online league, never been in one. All of my OOTP time has been in solo leagues.
May 26, 200421 yr Well i plan on getting it tomorrow and i'm gonna play with it all day to get a feel of it if you guys have any more information about when the league is starting or how many there are gonna be just let me know.

There's good tutorials over on the ootpdevelopments.com board though.
May 26, 200421 yr Author If you need help after your purchase importing real rosters, logos, photos etc. just pm me or soxnbears. Also SNB, you've never been in an online league? There so damn fun. As for having a soxtalk wide league, I'll only run one if all the teams participating have the game. This is because, the last one I ran, people who didnt have the game took me hours and hours to write in their line-ups.. with the game, you download the league file, and just export your line-up after critiqueing to the server and walah. Anyways, who all is interested?
May 26, 200421 yr What does it cost? I have to figure out my bills for June first though. $34.95. By the way, Here's a review.
May 26, 200421 yr Author If money is a problem for anybody, it might be best to go with an ootp5 league for half the price.. Only problem here is, if it lasts long, like many good ones do, 2-3 years from now ootp5 would be too outdated. FYI, 5 is 19.95, and 6 is 34.95

May 26, 200421 yr Author I don't think I still have OOTP5 on my computer.........so that my be a problem. EDIT: Nevermind, I still do. Even if you didnt, you can always redownload it and if you still have your reciept you can just reenter the code you were given. If you guys are really cheap also, and don't mind breaking a law, you can buy one game and partner up and use the same code... Again it is breaking a law.
May 26, 200421 yr Author Another question if these league did go down.. would soxtalk.com be able to give me some webspace so I dont have to buy my own space, and regardless, how lenient are they about making new boards for games similar to the PTC and YNOT?

Hey, redandwhite, I've got everything but the Stadiums - first, where can I get a good stadium pack, and then can you sort of give me a step-by-step on how to get them into my league? Thanks.
May 27, 200421 yr I'm down for a league as well. I'd prefer OOTP 6, but I guess I'd be down w/5 as well. Let me know.
