hi8is
what is arbatration?
redandwhite
the hearing and determination of a dispute by an impartial referee agreed to by both parties often used to settle disputes between labor and management. So if Maggs is offered arbitration and he accepts, they will take the case to an arbitrator who will decide how much Magglio is worth which is to be honest, alot less than 14 million. AngelasDaddy0427
No offense but I'll say it again. We don't need Maggs... If this is true then we need to trade him. It's become apparent we can win without him.
GoodAsGould
ehhh to say we dont need maggs is wrong we might of won without him today but over the whole season we wouldnt make it w/out him unless we got a #1 starter for him.... i dont think we need to resign him though with all those prospects in the minors but would still be nice seeing him in sox uniform for 4-5 more years. JoshPR
http://www.newsday.com/sports/columnists/n...orts-columnists I would really be pissed if this happens and Maggs walks, this new info is discourging, but since it is coming from New York I don't know how reliable it is concering us in Chicago. Just some more news, take it for what it's worth Damn and Ncorg said......... Dam and I wonder what story is the most bulls***....... greg775
It's pretty obvious the Yankees will decide whether they want Maggs or Beltran and take whichever guy they want. The Yankees pay enough to get whomever they want (I know, obvious statement of decade)
