Ndgt10 Posted July 21, 2004 Share Posted July 21, 2004 The bottomline is that Garland sucks. He has no dominant pitches, hence, the difficulty he has in putting away hitters with 2 strikes. He is a career 5th starter, maybe a 4 but that is pushing it. He has been around for 3+ years now and has shown very little improvement. In summary, I would trade Garland in a heartbeat.
