July 30, 200421 yr If any of the four would have been intentional, someone would have got tossed somewhere along the line, imho. Maybe but it is the umpires decision if he think he think they were intentionally throwing at him again. I may be mistaken but i am almost positive one of the first two were intentional. Anyway i was reading that the record for most hit by pitches in one game is three and was also the record for the most consecutive.
