July 30, 200421 yr First pitch ground out. Team needs to regroup 4 out. Let get f***ing Moving dammit. GLOAD SUCKS
July 30, 200421 yr Gload was sent on a hit and run. It's not his fault Willie couldn't hit the ball. Blame Ozzie for that s*** if you want, not Gload. At least he was able to get a hit.
July 30, 200421 yr i am definitely not putting this loss on Gload, he did exactly what he was asked, he got a pinch hit and he ran when ozzie told him too. Ozzieball -- its an attitude!
July 30, 200421 yr So who should we blame this game on? Willie for not catching that Valentin throw (DP ground ball) or Ross the ass? You can't blame Gload, it was a hit and run, or a steal attempt. He doesn' t have a green light. Valentin made a terrible throw on a sure DP.
July 30, 200421 yr So who should we blame this game on? Willie for not catching that Valentin throw (DP ground ball) or Ross the ass? I blame the entire team. Someone really needs to b**** slap these little b****es. I am so sick of stupid ball, sick of these little assholes trying to pad their personal stats (hitting for the fences instead of what the situation calls for). I used to think it was management, but it is as clear as crystal that it is the players. They are a heartless pathetic bunch who either don't care or do have half the talent that most thought they had. It's time to blow this team up and go back to the drawing boards. I give ownership credit for trying.

July 30, 200421 yr That was not a good move by Ozzie to put the hit and run on for a 2nd time. The first time was good cause it might have caught the Tigers by surprise. However, the Tigers were ready for it, which easily could have led to the pitcher throwing that ball outside, basically acting like a pitch out.
July 30, 200421 yr It seems that everytime a Sox runner gets thrown out for an attempted steal or stolen base, the next batter hits an extra-base hit. Pretty unfortunate but probably just bad luck....
July 30, 200421 yr We get beat by a team that isn't even above .500 :headshake I bet that has never happened before in human history.
