July 29, 200421 yr Trade a stud defensive 1Bman, probably a 20-30 homer guy in Cuddyer who has all kinds of versatility(can play 1B, 2B, 3B, LF, and RF), and a potential 20-30 homer guy in Restovich for a rent-a-player. Great plan...seriously, go for it.

If the Twins agree, the trade likely would be completed quickly."

They will have given up way more, for less of the season, without a contract extension, for a guy who isn't nearly as good.
