September 5, 200421 yr paulies trade value this offseason is gonna be sky high... with only one year left in his contract, id say he is gone That's probably the case, but that's gonna be hard to swallow. I PK.
September 5, 200421 yr paulies trade value this offseason is gonna be sky high... with only one year left in his contract, id say he is gone Well, anything is possible this off season, but I don't think so. Paulie is too important. We still need the homer guys to go along with any punch and judy hitters we end up with. I do think Maggs might be gone and if for that reason alone Paulie is important to the Sox line up. The Big Hurt, Paulie and Carlos batting 3-4-5.

September 5, 200421 yr All i know is some how we need to get a couple high obp players that can do all the little things. I agree, but not at the expense of the big guns. There will be changes though.

The Big Hurt, Paulie and Carlos batting 3-4-5. it really depends on what we wanna do with out team, and from what ive read, maggs is no way in hell comming back.... and ozzie/kw fame want to get more grinders/people with a NL way of play, get on base any way possible.... they wanna manufacture runs without the long ball/without much power.... so, who knows what will happen, hell, with AROW breaking out like he did this year, he could even sit at number 3 or number 5 in the line up next year, with 2 fast/reliable speedy/high OBS guys hittin #1/#2.... who knows thou, to far away to tell
September 5, 200421 yr What the hell is wrong with diaz four innings of shut out ball. Today just isn't his day I guess. :headshake
September 5, 200421 yr wow, and his era now be under 8 look out roger clemons and randy johnson fame, here comes daiz
September 5, 200421 yr Here is one of those times. I read something about how, if a player makes a nice play to end an inning, and leads off next inning, they usually get a hit. Let's see how it works.
September 5, 200421 yr THey both have their pros but they both have their cons. I'd say PK's pros are better than Lee's and his cons arent' as bad. Konerkos only con is how fast he is. Pros: Lee- -Higher Average -More Speed Kong: -More clutch -Higher Power numbers (which might not really be the case) Cons: Lee- -Clumsy on basepaths -Overswinger Kong- -Slow -Lower batting average (280s)
