SuperSteve
They're for a good cause, but I can't stand them. 90% of the people I know wear them, come on folks, be original.
whitesoxin'
Everyone is wearing them. When did this become such a trend? Anyways, a bike store by my house is selling them so I guess I'll go pick one up. They are only $1 so why not.
soxman352000
Where do you get these bands, I would really like one so I can donate some money to cancer research. As an cancer survivor thank you WsoxShuf and all the othrs who have bought thses bands. Thank you it really makes me and others who survived very happy to see people become more concerned on finding a cure.
WSoxShuf
My dad had colon cancer last year and is a survivor, I really want to wear one. If anyone has an extra one I would love to have one sent to my apartment.
greasywheels121
It bugs me about how many people wear them, but my mom went threw breast cancer when I was 7, so it kinda means something to me. People can help a good cause; so maybe it's a good thing that it became "trendy"......
1549
I bought one back in july before I knew how impossible it was going to be to find one. A women approached me at the doctors office and said she would pay anything for it. However, having lost an immediate family member to cancer gives the bracelet a certain amount of sentimental value to me...so I don't plan on selling it. WSoxShuf
People can help a good cause; so maybe it's a good thing that it became "trendy"...... I think its a great thing, first off it is making money for a wonderful cause. Secondly, it brings attention to cancer.
IlliniKrush
I've had mine on since like late June, before it became real trendy.
redandwhite
I bought three because like Tony, my mom is also a breast cancer survivor, but I don't exactly wear them, as I have an extreme dislike for Lance Armstrong. Instead, I wear my green "baller" band.
LowerCaseRepublican
Secondly, it brings attention to cancer. What is this cancer you speak of?
WSoxShuf
I can't remember if it is Cancer or Capricorn or maybe even LEO

Wong & Owens
Not to rain on the good samaritan parade, but does anybody know how much of the revenues from these bracelets actually goes to cancer research? As opposed to "administrative costs," etc.?
Pale Hose Jon
Nike is paying for them to be made, then the rest of the money goes to the foundation, no one can really know how much goes to the actual research.
