I cried at the end of game 3 ... and I'm proud to admit it. I was pissed for a good 2 weeks.

I'm Still pissed now!!!!!!

It took me a while to get over 2000, a whole season of breathing White Sox baseball, over in three sick games.... :crying

I've got that beat...

I'm a Bills fan, too.  :banghead

f*** that if the Sox won a world series, you would need Noah's ark to stay afloat.

The only think I would need Noah's ark for is to ferry my drunk ass home after the party :cheers :drink

EXACTLY!

That's an interesting question, actually -- Where were you when the Mariners booted us in 2000?  When the Sox got eliminated, I was in a bar a few blocks from my job, my boss having let me leave a bit early, and I was nursing a Coors Lite, the cheapest admission ticket I could buy.  I wasn't happy and content, but, at least I was already in a bar!

Basketball practice broke out in the joyous celebration of jealous Cub fans. Seattle had swept the White Sox, but I wasn't too disappointed. I reassured myself the Sox had taken over Cleveland Indian's reign of the ALC and would dominate the division for years to come. We all know how that turned out.

Game 3 ended with myself in my frat in Kansas, surrounded by a bunch oif Twins, Indians, Cubs fans all cheering for the Mariners.

NOT ONE OF MY BETTER DAYS.

I had just got home and as soon as the game ended my friend called me and rubbed it in. I guess it was payback for when I called him after the Packers lost the Super Bowl a few years before that and demanded my $20 that we had bet.

I swear to god if I see one more "I believe" sign, I'm going to f***ing go nuts

Haha, I didn't get into baseball much until 2001, so I felt no pain!!

And rally caps are fun and they are a baseball past time. Whoever included that as attention getting is mistaken.

Wow. You are a glutton for punishment.
