I also believe the Dye contract features about a 1.15M buyout in '07.

 

I've seen the total guarenteed value at $10.15M, so that would indicate to me that the contract is 4+5+1.15=10.15

Dye will make $4 million next year and $5 million in 2006. Chicago has a $6 million option in 2007 with a $1.15 million buyout.
