January 21, 200521 yr My cousin's partner was the officer responsible for that arrest. Apparently Terrell was speeding and driving without license and registration. They brought him into the station, tossed him in the cell, and laughed in his face. My cousin said a friend of his told David, "This is for dropping 4 passes last week." Terrell is a scum bag. Luckily, we saw the last of David Terrell in a Bears uniform.

Personally, i think he needs to get some new "people" who might have a clue because if i remember correctly he blamed the expired license on the fact his people didn't take care of it.
