Actually, when I first saw that picture, I thought of a rat. The dude needs a fade in the worst way. Plus, he's only shaved like 85% of his face. And even if he did take the time to brush up on his appearance, he'd still look like a rat, albeit a well-groomed rat.

When I first saw his mugshot I knew I had to find some way to exploit his hideous appearance. Appearantly this method seems to have worked.
