I'm just wondering who everyone would rather have, cause there's a lot of people bashing Crede here, and I just think it could be worse. A lot worse.

Crede. He drives me nuts, but he'll ultimately put up very similar offensive numbers to Jose (maybe a few less homers). Defensively, it's no contest...at least when Joe isn't trying to field with his bare hand.

I think the numbers speak for themselves, as does the stache...

I can't believe people are picking Crede. His defense at third is mildy better but his bat isn't. I'll take the lockerrom leader over an underachiever. I'm really stunned. THe way people want to bury past Sox players on this site is a big turnoff to coming here

Valenstache's horrible AVG, K's, and defense at 3rd base would make me puke if he was still on the Sox. I don't really like Cruddy that much more but even his overrated defense is still way better than Valenstache's butchery at 3rd base.

I just posted this cause I never liked Valentin. his defense is terrible, and he hits .220/30/70 in a hitters park. the guy shouldn't even be in the majors, and Crede is still young.

Crede hands down....Jose's defense is completely terrible. Jose's offense was home run or nothing...screw that.

I'm gonna disagree, I think Joe's D is better than Valentin's. I also think Crede may begin to start showing us some pop . But right now, it doesnt matter, we have Crede so lets hope he gets it done and not worry about the what ifs...
