April 17, 200521 yr Do any of you guys have either positive or negative experiences with McAfee. I've always been a Norton guy, but the school offers VirusScan for free and I've been thinking about grabbing it. Any thoughts? Thanks.
April 17, 200521 yr Our school has free McAfee too. I'd grab it as long as it's free. I think it's a fine program.

April 18, 200521 yr I've used both and once you switch it just takes a little while to get comfortable with the new program. I like Norton's One Touch Fix feature and left that on when I switched to Computer Associates Free Virus program from Road Runner. Free is almost always better.
