May 17, 200520 yr QUOTE(marsh @ May 17, 2005 -> 02:32 PM) then why not bat uribe leadoff oh well, just have to agree to disagree. I disagree with agreeing to disagree. Edited May 18, 200520 yr by knightni
May 17, 200520 yr It's my guess that Frank would be fine batting in the 4th spot. He let Maggs bat in the 3rd spot last year.
May 17, 200520 yr It seems like I was a really big proponent of ARow in the 3-hole last year. But don't listen to me. Any other moves you want me to throw out there? I say Dye has a great game tonite.
May 17, 200520 yr http://www.soxtalk.com/forums/index.php?sh...1&st=&p=entry Man, were you guys hard over Willie.
May 17, 200520 yr I think PK will come out of his slump, at least somewhat. NOW: Pods Iguchi Rowand PK Everett Uribe AJ Crede Harris When Frank comes back: Pods Iguchi Frank PK Rowand Everett Crede AJ Uribe
May 18, 200520 yr To all the people who were saying AR was a fluke ( and you know who you are): Told you so.

May 18, 200520 yr QUOTE(knightni @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:55 AM) Thomas should bat 5th behind Paulie. Paulie would see better pitches then. (He'd see them go by and be called strikes though, I'm afraid.) :headshake ..........then get out the 4 iron and go after pitches in the dirt.
May 18, 200520 yr Here's what I'd consider trying Lineup for now: 1) Podsednik LF 2) Rowand CF 3) Iguchi 2B 4) Konerko 1B 5) Everett DH 6) Pierzynski C 7) Uribe SS 8) Crede 3B 9) Dye RF Lineup for the return of The Big Hurt: 1) Podsednik CF 2) Rowand RF 3) Iguchi 2B 4) Thomas DH 5) Konerko 1B 6) Everett LF 7) Pierzynski C 8) Uribe SS 9) Crede 3B

It makes no sense because Gooch in the 2 hole and AROW in the 3 hole is working splendidly. Dont mess with success. Separating Gooch and Pods is asking for trouble.

Crede is struggling as well but he's batting 8th where he belongs. 4 through 7 needs to be tweaked.
May 18, 200520 yr I knew it was just a matter of time before 04 Rowand returned. Now we just need Konerko and Dye to rise from the grave and will be set.

May 18, 200520 yr No moving Rowand from the 3 spot... http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws Aaron Rowand extended his hitting streak to 11 games, matching his career high. Edited May 18, 200520 yr by Jabroni

Pods, Gooch, and Rowand are right where they should be for the rest of the year. How would switching Gooch and Rowand help us? I dont' see it. And, did I miss something, why are you switching positions for Pods and Rowand. I don't get this.
May 18, 200520 yr any lineup that includes Crazy Carl in the outfield is a bad idea....he couldn't catch a fly ball if you handed it to him, he's a Dh or pinch hitter only bench
