The levels by color are : 1. Green 2. Yellow 3. Dark Blue 4. Maroon 5. Orange 6. Brown 7. Light Blue 8. ? And for that 2nd hill on the 3rd level, just try to go over the top corner of it holding up and right, but you go really fast so you have to slow down and get around the next turns.
