The Twins are two outs away from being two games ahead of Cleveland. I would enjoy nothing more than to see Minnesota fall into third place.

I thought we were going to extras when AJ popped up into the dugout.  Choi had a good shot at that one.

AJ threw the bat down because he thought he was out.

were up 6.5 on the twinkies 7-2 padres

My 100th post!!!! :D

Love the bat flip by AJ.

Thanks for A.J. Twinkies and Giants! We can see what you mean when you said he's a clubhouse cancer.

:notworthy :notworthy :notworthy A.J.

Gotta love Oz, says AJ is crybaby; says he wants to kill Garcia in early innings.

Likeable Oz pushing the right buttons!

p.s. Politte is 4-0.

He's been itching for a bomb like that for a little while now. That was pure satisfaction right there.

If we lost a game like this and someone did that to us i bet there would be a thread about it. ;)

I missed something - what are you referring to (I know someone else mentioned it as well, but I don't know what it was referring to).

He said in the postgame show it was the second opposite field home run of his life. That's a bit of a stretch, but still, wow. What a game. I love having the feeling of being invincable, even when you're losing 3-1 in the bottom of the ninth with two outs. That's right, FOUR TWO OUT RUNS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE NINTH.

Politte is a f***ing rock this season. Gotta love it.

Queen it was in the postgame show because they had 15 minutes to kill so we got to see Oz interview. It was funny.

Choi should have caught that ball, but he pussied out on it. Ex-Cub factor, of course.

Gracias! I was talking to my brother on the phone about the game (he was getting ready to hit the bars for his bday so it was a long conversation but it was during post game lol).

Unreal

Un f***ing real

Scary thing about it was that I knew the Sox were going to win it too. Had the game turned off, figured they were lifeless all game, had no chance...and of course have a premonition that something good is going to happen. Turn on the tube as Willie scores the tying run.

Then AJP goes yard.

I love this team.

As awesome as that inning was the fact that they didn't watch the runners and let Willie just walk into second base really hurt them big time.

That was their f***ing mistake. If you let the tying run watlz into scoring position in the 9th inning of a tie game, you have majorly f***ed up.

Edit: The tying run...

Methinks certain posters who like to hang around when the Sox are losing are being rather "silent" tonight.
