Crede lines out.

2-0 Sox to the top of the 5th.

Its nice to see that even his outs are being hit hard somewhere.

Would you guys have sent Rowand home knowing that Crede was due up?

If Joey Cora didn't send him, you could have pretty much rolled the ball in from LF to get the runner.

Its hard to tell that Joe Crede has a .179BA with RISP and 2 outs.

Mike, don't you know, he should have hit that pitch to right center ?

That would've been a big hit though. He smoked it.

lay off Crede that dude is a very good player! average doesn't reflect his ability! this game is all about confidence. he has a sweet swing and comes up with clutch hits. fielding is A+. there were years where the sox didn't even know what a 3rd baseman was!

HAHA, HE GAWN!

he gawn 5ks?

LOL.. Crede could be hitting .300 and he'd still get ripped on.

If he would hit above 260+ consistantly. And that means not 190 for a month, then 300 for a few weeks, then 190 for another month. I wouldnt have a problem with him.

Unfortunately there's a long list of players like that.

Dan Jiggets on the break said that KW before the game called out El Duque, saying they need more consistency from him. And if they don't get it, they'll find someone else who can.

Its pretty sad when your coaches say that after all the work hitting in the winter, all the changes that you pretty much have regressed and are the same hitter as the year before. That you will hit good for a few weeks then go into a slump and pretty much will hit 240 for the year.

Not everyone is hitting .240 Jim.

LoL, Frank
