July 5, 200520 yr I am trying to buy tickets for this Satruday's game against the A's and I am having no luck at getting seats in the lower level, unless I want to go to a scalper. Is the game almost sold out? Please let me know. Thanks guys!!!!!
July 5, 200520 yr I'd like to know too, I have tickets Saturday, but want to get a couple to Sunday too, and I was hoping to just buy them at the game Saturday.
July 5, 200520 yr QUOTE(UofIChiSox @ Jul 5, 2005 -> 01:38 PM) This is my year, first the Illini, then the White Sox! Lets hope the Sox have better luck than the Illini.
July 5, 200520 yr Looks like they only have upper deck left for the Saturday game. Looks like quite a few lower level seats left for Sunday though. Tickets are going to be harder to come by as we get into the 2nd half of the season.

July 5, 200520 yr QUOTE(knightni @ Jul 5, 2005 -> 05:42 PM) Lets hope the Sox have better luck than the Illini. I agree to an extent, although a world series loss would still be a great accomplishment, and probably a bigger thrill than the final four to me, even though I got to go to the final four, and might not get to go to the world series.
July 6, 200520 yr QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jul 6, 2005 -> 08:32 AM) But I thought no one went to Sox games??? Exactly. Now all the posters here that b****ed about attendance in April in May will be b****ing about not being able to get good seats for games in July, August, and September. Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it. While it's good to see the Sox FINALLY drawing fans to USCF (and the team DESERVES sell-outs), I liked it when no one went to USCF for games except the diehards. No lines, easy parking, easy exit after the game, 2 minutes or less wait for a s***ter, etc..... Edited July 6, 200520 yr by CubKilla
July 6, 200520 yr QUOTE(Wedge @ Jul 6, 2005 -> 09:34 AM) Anybody have updated attendance figures? http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/attendance We're averaging 25,922 right now. I only see that going up.

July 6, 200520 yr QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jul 6, 2005 -> 09:54 AM) http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/attendance We're averaging 25,922 right now. I only see that going up. They are already 1500 per game ahead of last years full season numbers, and that is with a ton of big attendance games still to be played. This team could come in at 28-29K per game if things keep up. Edited July 6, 200520 yr by southsider2k5
July 6, 200520 yr I'll be there Saturday in the bleachers with my nephews, who are Cub fans AND A's fans. They're still good kids, they just dress funny....
