Kyyle23
big surprise here: The Chiefs are expected to sign Jonathan Quinn for at least a couple of weeks, coach Dick Vermeil announced Monday. Because of injuries to backup Todd Collins, who has a badly bruised hand, and third-teamer Damon Huard, who sustained a mild concussion last week, only rookie James Kilian will be able to back up starter Trent Green. Though Green hopes to play into the third quarter this week, the Chiefs need a third quarterback should something go horribly wrong against the Seahawks. Quinn was Kansas City's No. 3 quarterback for two seasons, but he never took a snap. He played for the Bears last year and started four games, but was not brought back this season. Coach Vermeil is going to be crying like a woman again if Trent Green gets hurt again.

Hey now, easy on the Vermeil jokes. But this signing is making me scratch my head, the Chiefs have 4 qb's there as it is. But I guess with the injuries they need another QB.
