August 30, 200520 yr As a kid, me and my friends used to call him 'The Thumb'. why is that you may ask?? if you draw a smiley face on your thumb, you then have a resemblance to Ron's face. And when he came up to bat, we used to hold out our thumbs as a salute to him (yes, i had issues as a kid).
