I'm afraid we are going to have to play this hand out with the cards we've got. It's gotten this far. Hopefully, it will be good enough to win the pot.

by now we are at the Turn. To keep the poker analogy going, we got a decent set of pocket cards, enough to stay in to see the flop. The flop was incredibly good for us but the Turn was disappointing. Hopefully the River has something good in store for us.

I'm sure you've already seen in, but the Todd Walker thread shows Bruce may be going down in a blaze of glory!!

 

Yeah, but the day after the World Series he'll be back with how Manny Ramirez, Raphael Furcal and the ressurrected body of Babe Ruth circa 1927 wants to play for the Cubs because they "Love Wrigley Field"
