I don't think I've seen pitchers give up their leads as much as I have this year with the sox... :headshake

Yeah I'm pretty sure a lot of teams have done that more than the Sox this year.

Maybe later in the game but maybe I should've said right after the offense scores some runs they let the other team come right back the next inning.

um cmon konerko

Another quality start! That'll work Freddy!

In all seriousness though...if you're a playoff team, you shouldn't have any difficulty winning most of your games when your pitchers throw quality starts...there's really very little excuse for not being able to at least score 3 runs against most pitchers in this league.

The dreaded leadoff walk...Carl thanks you for the help...now Paulie needs to extend that hit streak.

damn

The worst AB for Konerko in about a month.

France...Konerko will take a seat...

Come on ARow...no more strikeouts...do something to get that runner moved over.

In a scoreless game where your team finally scratches across two hard earned runs, you can't go out the next inning and throw as many poor pitches as Garcia did. I'm not sure if it's a lack of focus with him, but he certainly has a habit of allowing runs after we score the previous inning.

I've never seen Rowand struggle so much against a lefty.

Jphat...can you continue saying our players suck. They were doing much better when you went with that gimmick.

3rd strikeout of the day for Rowand...that deserves some groans.

Come on Dye...we need ya here.

I know Hawk's supposed to have a much greater knowledge of baseball than me, but I'm pretty sure Howell's thrown plenty of sliders tonight.

well the good news is we still have 3 innings to score

and we usually hit andrew sisco well whos in the bullpen right now

2 walks this inning...man we've got to make this guy pay now.

Come on Uribe...how about you extend your hitting streak against this guy.

Good eye JD, cmon Juan...need you here

Sisco is up and ready in the bullpen...

UGH

Way to stay back on the ball Uribe....YUCK!

Cotts and Vizcaino are up in our bullpen.

DAMNATION!!!! He gives us 2 walks and we can't get a bloody run across.

I'm going to go break something.

inning/score?

These games would be a lot easier to take if the Indians didn't win seemingly 80 percent of their games recently.
