Anyone going on the Road this week w/ the Sox?

Featured Replies

Just curious to see if anyone else is going to any of the games this week on the road. I am heading to the weekend series in Cleveland. Wanted to know if anyone else is going, and possibly wants to meet up with us. This is going to be a really exciting week.

Go Sox.

Considering a Cleveland trip.

As much as I have hated that city to my core for years (and this has very little to do with their team... its just a rotten city)... I just can't wait to stick it to them in their own park.

I wish I could, but work won't allow it. But I'll be there in spirit. :)

Be careful, I do believe the last 2 games in Cleveland are sold out already!!

Yes indeed limited Tix for friday avaliable and Saturday and Sunday are sold out!!!

My family is considering a road trip to cleveland

I would love to go an see the sox clinch in the indians face(clinching in detroit is still good)

rock an roll hall of fame is also nice because it's in the area

I will be in cleveland for the saturday and sunday games.

i will be at comerica on wed night. maybe we can clinch that night.

If the games are mas importante on saturday and sunday I will be out there...I changed my mind a few days ago that I need to be out there if they are deciding games.

Auxiliary plans are in the works to make the trek on saturday morning if the trip has to be made....I surely hope I don't have to...

I'm a fool so if the games are sold out or not I will acquire tickets :stick

Interesting, they couldn't get anyone the park 3 weeks ago. And they say Sox fans are bandwagon jumpers, ha.

Both Cleve. and Detroit are like 5:30-6:00 hr. drives from Chicago, right?

Cleveland fans are the very definition of bandwagon fans. They went from 8000 a night when they sucked, to 40,000 when they won, and back to 20,000 in only two years!

Detroit is 3.5-4 hours away but there is a time change that takes place!!

If my FMIL still lived in Toledo, I probably would have tried for the Saturday game, but I have an orhto appointment and second fitting Saturday morning so I can't, but I really wanna lol.

Damn dude, how fast are you driving? I live in Michigan City IN, and it takes me 3.5 to 4 hrs to Detroit at 75-80 mph.

I will be in DET for the 28-29th games. Than heading to meet friends from cleveland (huge tribe fans) for the oct 1st -oct2nd games! Than back to Chicago for game 2 of the Division playoffs..!!

GO SOX!!!

I am this/close to heading to Detroit... 99.9 going to Cleveland.
