I've never sent out my own Christmas cards before, and now I have a reason to.

Ha, really.  I have been using cash, when I can.  And I got my refund on my extra tix, so I've been spending that.  Still waiting for my bats.  Have you gotten either one yet?

This is one of those times I'm thankful I have a December birthday. I get to save a little my cash, as long as I can force myself to hold out for a bit. All I plan on getting through my birthday and the holidays is more Sox stuff.

If you've got the cash, I highly recommend the Steiners' pictures, they look pretty sweet. They have virtually all of the players, coaches, and Frank. The only ones it is missing are Widger, Harris, Cora, and Man Soo Lee, all of which I could live with. List is like $2,500, but I got it for under 2k from a reputable guy on E-bay.

Oh, I bought World Series Champs glasses yesterday from Grandstand...and then took them to the bar for the Bears game...and broke them in.

Is there alot of stuff still available in chicago? I'm heading out there this weekend and is wondering if there is still shirts, hats, etc on the shelves. Thanks.

Ohh sure, you'll be able to find Sox Championship gear at most stores outside of Blockbuster Video and Starbucks. Actually, most of the stores have a better replinished stock than they did right after they won

Also, just a little shout out to the website advertised under our banners, i got the 2 pictures i ordered from there today......they are awesome, such great quality.

Who bought Sox Monopoly?  They have it at Grandstand.  Konerko is Boardwalk...Buerhle is Park Place.

BTW folks.. I stopped in JCPenny (Louis-Joliet mall) last night to pick up a gift card and the Customer Service girly said that the WS stuff was going to go on 20% sale next week. Not cause it's not selling.. but because they have a s*** load of it and Christmas Sales are starting. They still had all the t-shirts, sweatshirts, car flags, and mugs & shot glasses.

Just doing my part to boost the economy..

It'll be interesting to see how many people are wearing Sox championship t-shirts once Spring rolls around and the weather gets warm enough for t-shirts. I remember after the Bulls' first championship, it seemed every other kid you passed was wearing a Bulls World Champions t-shirt. I have 2 t-shirts I just bought that I'm putting away until Spring.
