So what happens when a whole crowd starts throwing things? Like happened after the ARod/Slap play where they had to call extra security onto the field and clean it up?

I can understand a penalty for spitting on a player... but I think any decent lawyer could get someone out of the throwing trash charge?

So what happens when you're intoxicated and heppen to fall onto the stadiums safety net?

If you are Yankees fan, you are pretty much trash anyways, so it falls under "debris"

I hope that law includes baseballs when it gets to Chicago.

I don't mind this one bit, littering shouldn't be around, and throwing garbage into the field is littering.
