January 4, 200620 yr QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jan 3, 2006 -> 11:44 PM) cubs.com LMAO. Wow! Somebody f***ed that message board in the ass. LMAO@the Ron Santo jokes.
January 4, 200620 yr MLB.com has to have the ugliest and worst-moderated boards in the history of the internet.
January 4, 200620 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Jan 4, 2006 -> 05:51 AM) MLB.com has to have the ugliest and worst-moderated boards in the history of the internet. ESPN really is just as bad.
January 4, 200620 yr yeah, that troll s*** is crazy, but not as crazy as some of the ridiculous Tejada threads. Some of the posts say s*** like, "Yeah, i read that Hendry will reopen talks with Baltimore, he can probably get him without giving up Prior, Zambrano, Cedenao or Pie" they smoke some seriously strong crack
January 4, 200620 yr Gotta Chuckle from a Sox fan who posted that The Sox had gotten Corey Patterson from the Cubs for Jennie Finch LOL!!!
January 4, 200620 yr Ohh and i didn't find any of the trolled threads. Give me a link, or maybe a mod of there's deleted them
January 4, 200620 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Jan 4, 2006 -> 05:51 AM) MLB.com has to have the ugliest and worst-moderated boards in the history of the internet. Apparently you have never been a little site called ESPN.com. Of course I have been posting there for 7 years, and have been banned over 550 times. They somehow lack the brains to permaban me after all this time. And their defintion of a "board upgrade" is just taking more and more features away. Edited January 4, 200620 yr by Buehrle>Wood
January 5, 200620 yr I love Cubs fans....bitter ones at that: zambrano is the best pitcher in baseball in my mind X5 better then prior and stays healthy The only goal sox fans set are how many food stamp cards they are going get during the month. DOESNT MATTER IF WE WIN W.S OR NOT THE CUBS ARE A BETTER FRANCHISE WE DONT HAVE FANS THAT JUMP ON BANDWAGON CUZ WERE WINNING SO SHUT UR MOUTH U COULDNT SELL OUT A GAME 2 YRS AGO UNLESS THE CUBS OR YANKEES WERE IN TOWN. A Sox fan pwning someone: "That is a joke if I've ever heard one- powerhouse would infer that you have a winning team year after year like the Cards, Yankees, Red Sox, Braves, or Angels.." I think it's pretty logical to put the White Sox in the same caliber with the Cardinals, Yankees, Red Sox, Braves, and Angels. The White Sox have had 4 losing seasons since 1990 and 1 World Championship Cardinals: 5 losing seasons since 1990 and 0 World Championships Yankees: 3 losing seasons since 1990 and 4 World Championships Boston: 4 losing seasons since 1990 and 1 World Championship. Atlanta: 1 losing season since 1990 and 1 World Championship. Angels: 8 losing seasons since 1990 and 1 World Championship. and just for good measure Cubs: 10 losing seasons since 1990 and 0 World Championships. baseball-almanac.com Does anybody notice that cub fans worry about the cubs and sox fans worry about the cubs? I have been saying this for a while. So i'm just wondering if anybody agrees with me. ^ Very ironic....don't you think?
January 6, 200620 yr QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Jan 4, 2006 -> 10:37 PM) I love Cubs fans....bitter ones at that: A Sox fan pwning someone: ^ Very ironic....don't you think? Good stuff. I like the powerhouse one. Sox fans don't necessarily worry about the Cubs, it is more like bash them, or ridicule them. Most Cubs fans don't even know they are at a baseball game. They think the Cubs are a name of a social club, like the Brownies.
January 6, 200620 yr Man, they like to talk alotta s***. Probably because they don't have a World Series trophy and nor will they ever have one. And they should be the last people to talk about overrated players like that one guy did about Jon Garland.
January 6, 200620 yr reading cub fans message boards only makes me hate cubs fans more, but Im happy to say that after winning last year and being in contention again this year, I really dont care about the cubs. i just hope we beat them and then go about our merry way

It doesn't get under my skin like it used to. Still, some of the crap that gets posted demands a response. It's way overboard.
