We should never try to improve the team IF it means going over the budget. Even if we could get A-Rod for Timo, we can't/shouldn't do it.

My point is (was) (I THINK I'm writing in English) is, that if the Sox could improve their team AND still stay within their financial means (and NOT an "artificial" budget) that they owe it to their fans to do so.

 

As far as doubting my credentials...you have insulted, talked down to and challenged me several times in this thread. I have tried to deal with your barbs, condesencion and challenges in a mature, intelligent manner, but you (and your pal, Kyle) have made that almost impossible to do.
