In camp to film a followup to A.J. Pierzynski and Dale Torborg's (aka Demon) winter pro wrestling appearance, today's skit featured Simon Diamond appearing at White Sox camp to challenge the two to the legitimacy of their title belt. Ozzie Guillen plays a key role in the skit, and the White Sox manager was a bit concerned about hurting someone (or himself) in the role. Many Sox players, media and staff watched and cheered the taping, which will air on TNA in coming weeks. "That's the most solid contact Ozzie ever made," said hitting coach Greg Walker. I can't give away too many details, but the episode is funny, as was Guillen's reaction.

February 28, 200620 yr Great stuff, I am loving the relationship between the two, don't know if this was posted over here or not but it was on the TNA front page about a week ago: Basebrawl" Shirts In Style At White Sox Spring Training News February 20th, 2006 15:37 "BASEBRAWL" SHIRTS IN STYLE AT WHITE SOX SPRING TRAINING This weekend, pitchers and catchers for the World Series champion White Sox reported to spring training in sunny Tucson, Arizona, including catcher AJ Pierzynki and strength and conditioning coach Dale Torborg. Pierzynski and Torborg were part of the "Basebrawl" match that took place at December's "Turning Point" Pay-Per-View. Both Torborg and Pierzynski have attended subsequent TNA live events in Orlando since the December bout. This weekend at the start of training camp, Torborg unveiled a "Basebrawl" shirt he created for members of the White Sox to wear. The shirt features the TNA logo on the front and Torborg, Pierzynski and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan on the back. From all accounts, the shirt is already a hit as numerous players have sported them during daily training and media appearances. According to Torborg, he's already gone through a hundred shirts this weekend and has already ordered more to fill the demand of the rest of the White Sox roster and their families.
