Is that still happening? It shouldn't be. We had that issue all day up until a few hr's ago, but everything should be golden now. I am in firefox with no issues.

Try clearing your cache though (if you are still having the problem).

Not a problem. One thing I've noticed with Mozilla is that it tends to have its cache hold longer and because of that when a site changes sometimes it doesn't update as quick as IE would.

Its a good and bad thing for Mozilla users (I swear by Mozilla) with the bad being the slow refresh, especially since we use a redirect script on our index page.

Glad everything's working though. Its just time to get the kinks worked out cause we want this thing in tip top shape come opening day.

damn people... sorry... today was rough on soxtalk withdrawls, eh?

I have fire fox on my Dell XPS and it works.

I couldnt get in all day

I love Firefox. I also couldn't get in until I tried this evening around 8pm EST. Good to see that some of our fellow Soxtalkers use the 'Fox.

Just want to post it here. For those that couldn't get in, it was an issue on our end dealing with the PHP. The issue has been solved and everything should be golden now.

We still have an upgrade in the works for before April 1, but aside from that we should be good to go.

I couldn't get in at all during school today.

Heh, maybe it was all because I suspended myself so I wouldn't be distracted while studying. Maybe it was heads withdrawl. :)

I am using Mozilla, and it seems the page is always transferring data. Thats never happened to me before, it just seems to be taking extra long to load the page

I don't know what would cause that. Let me know if that keeps up.

i've noticed it a bit too, though it's not transferring data from soxtalk, but rather the google thing.

Its a little snag up on the google end of things. Every once in a while that or a hidden thing called big boards will do that, but they are totally safe and there is nothing wrong with that.

Right now everything is golden. We've made some adjustments to block it and hopefully they will work.

so far the pages being transferred that I am seeing are

www.clocklink.com

www.google.blahbedeblahblah

I will let you know if i see more.

At least your back on. You'll see that stuff go away cause I'm getting absolutely zero holdups. In fact the thing is totally flying. Its just a matter of your browser re-cacheing some of the stuff.
