great point. Something looks wrong with his motion to me, I dunno what it is yet, but its not working. His change looks good, but thats it.

the guys announcing the venez/dominican game said freddy looks like a whole new pitcher. much more mature, sure of himself, and calm. that coupled with vazquez's success so far and contreras's great spring have me thinking the starting pitching is going to be absurd this year.

you can never have enough depth in the pitching department.

 

I am very suprised at how good vasquez is looking, I guess I didn't have high expectations for him before, but he's really looking great in the WBC.

I believe Vazquez will be called the best trade of the off-season by alot of the national writers.

 

I think Javy is really going to shine in Chicago.

and then think about this...........he's our bottom starter, that's ridiculous. He's a number 1 on half of the teams in the league.
