2 fairly quick outs to start this inning

So does that mean it is in reverse? :D

Who will be the next Sox player to hit a HR that is not named Jim Thome?

The Widge.

Crede makes beautiful plays. I love him. We should call him Shakespeare with all the beautiful plays he makes.

8 pitch inning for Freddy there.

40 pitches through 3 for Freddy, 43 for Bonderman.

Crede is a monster with that glove.

:)

:notworthy = Crede's glove.

Im callin another HR this inning, probably bye Dye

After not having it in the spring, just being able to get the updates is still fairly nice, IMO. It'll get on my nerves again in a few weeks I'm sure.

He had at least 2-3 monsters that were >425 just last year when he was back in June.  Don't know about 4, but as many as he got for us, I'm sure he hit a few bombs in a row.

440 feet for Thome.

431 ft was the longest homer at USCF last year. Thome hit one 431 opening night, and 448 game 2. If this one was 440, the one yesterday was probably that as well. Its incredible. Thome was strong to begin with, but with his elbow surgery and back problems, he worked out pretty fiercly, and is probably stronger than he's ever been.

Still up there heading towards 20,000 ft

Word has it the detriot airport picked it up on their radar

Pierz flies out to CF.

pitch around Thome=Sox done

So...can Jim Thome single-handedly get us back to 200 home runs this year? Because no one else is helping.

2 outs on 3 pitches.

Bonderman broke more of a sweat warming up than he did in that inning.

that's ok, Freddy only gets stronger as the game goes on.....usually

Aside from Thome, our offense has been pretty awful this year.
