April 26, 200620 yr What the hell happened to Matt Thornton, I haven't seen him pitch in weeks. Did something happen to him, is he hurt, whats the deal??

While Freddy and Jon G. are slowly getting there games back. You'll probably see Thorton either tonite in the 8th or friday when Freddy pitches.
April 26, 200620 yr God not another back problem for our pitchers. BTW I watched Thorton throwing 99 MPH fastballs in Detroit. HOPE he comes back soon. And a lefty, to boot!

April 27, 200620 yr I know not many people were excited about having Vlad Nunez but I was wondering what ever happened to him....I don't see him on the Sox minor teams or any other team. Anyone have an idea where he is now?

April 27, 200620 yr It's lucky we've got a ready made replacement in Javier Lopez down at Charlotte, in case we need him. But I like what I've seen of Thornton so far. Hopefully we'll see him back in action sooner, rather than later.
