Speaking of former White Sox first round picks who played for southern schools in college our future LF/trade bait Josh Fields is f***ing lighting it up like noones business, went 5 for 5 last night with 2 bombs and a double.

Yep...he's turning into a STUDLY prospect.

and that suprises me after fields slow 1st year after the draft.

Fields has SERIOUSLY turned it on here so far...I check the Charlotte boxes everynight, and just think "Wow, where did that come from??" The roster really doesnt amaze me, but that team keeps on winning. And with Lopez in the pen the way he is throwing, we have a couple nice looking "Oh s***!" clause players if need be

Good thread@Heads. Anderson has been taking a beating on this board. Nice to see a positive thread regarding Brian. I've just noticed that he's putting together quality at-bats. That's the main thing, IMO. The hits are gonna come. He's too talented for them not to.

Anderson just seems to be having better at-bats. Even if he dosent get a hit. Hes putting better wood on the ball.

It at least doesn't seem like he's 0-2 every at bat anymore.

Let's hope he can capitalize on some DRay pitching. After a horrible start, he's averaging out, which will do.

With his hair growing out each day his hitting is improving. Coincidence?
