Pathetic. I still don't understand why Pods didn't run for Widger.

*gasp*

Well this just is not our day f***

3-4-5 hitters now 0-7 with 6 LOB.

My God, how many opportunities has this lineup pissed away over the past month?

I dont know Thome's #s lately but s*** it seems like hes struggling like hell right now...

I believe he's now 4-27 in LIPS.

Mark out for the 8th after a really long rest. Hope Ozzie keeps the leash short.

Because there's a 90% chance that AJ gets injured later and we have no backup.

We have Konerko, Dye and Cintron going up in the next inning.

The key here is to keep it a 2-1 game.

Thome swung at a very marginal pitch too, it looks like he went out of his zone. Just a really bad at bat, that's two innings they squandered a great chance.

We are incredibly clutch.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck.

Question: Does any other team have as much talent as the Sox with such poor offensive execution?

Yeah, this team looked in the 7th inning like they have never seen a 2-seam fastball. Every pitch that guy threw was the same. If Thome would have made him elevate the pitch, he would have had a great chance.

A better questions is why do so many of our hitters K when men are in scoring position.

When healthy they are called the Chicago Cubs

The chance of Pods stealing 3rd against Victor's arm was very high. Hence he would have scored on Iguchi's grounder.

Considering we're one of the most talented offensive teams in the league, no matter how good our numbers are, the answer is probably no.

Um....YES. The Sox aren't even close to being the most talented offensive team (not a shot at the team), and there's still other teams with more talent that can't execute.

Pathetic. I still don't understand why Pods didn't run for Widger.

Would it have made a difference? They didn't hit the ball out of the infield that inning.

:huh

Why is Buerhle on to face Hafner and Martinez.

it's been a nice game by Buehrle. Too bad we can't win without Dye going yard

Konerko, Dye, and maybe Crede

Talent of Thome, Konerko, Dye = talent of Walker, Nevin, Ramirez x 477.
