I would have to say Vazquez, but even that's a stretch for consistency. Nobody has had nearly the consistency of Contreras.

Garland got my vote, no one has been more consistent than him.

Garland has been consistantly suck, but I can't bring myself to vote for him, so Buehrle's my pick.

That would be Javier Vazquez. I guess you could make a case for Garland being consistently pathetic too. Although he has been mediocre as of late and despite my remarks I have a lot of faith in him.

My first thought was Vasquez. I'll stick with that. He gets in a lot of jams, but...
