Agree 100% there. Sure it wouldn't have been easy by any means, but he gave it a bullspiff effort.

We had an epidemic of 2 out wild pitches last season. I think Contreras and Garcia were in the top three in WP all season.

latroy about to get larocked here.

detroit looking strong again, glad there doing this to twins and might not be as hot for us 3-0

Crede's likely going to get some high fastballs by Hawkins here. Lets hope he takes a nice, level swing.

Gotta admire that they get a leadoff double, and within 5 pitches, they have a sac bunt and a sac fly.

how bout you cut him some slack... its 100+ degrees out there and he has been squatting in catchers gear for 7+ innings...

and he is perfect at the plate.

Ahaha, wtf?

I am not the only one to suggest he gave it a spiff effort, but think what you want.

He's a catcher...part of his job is to catch the ball. He's done a great job at the plate today, but he could have made a better effort on that pitch in the dirt.

JOOOOOOOOOE CREDE!

Joe Clutch may be coming back to life.

Hey...great job Joe! He was patient, and took a great swing. Lets add one more.

With the haircut, I think Crede resembles Widger. I thought that was a bad omen.

Way to come through.

Way to step up, even in the middle of a slump, to drive in a huge run Joe.

We broke the Curse of the Widge last night.

Joe Crede looks better when he shaves and cuts his hair.

Any chance it will be easy? :P

Ugh...first pitch fastball. We're making their hitters look like world beaters. Is Thornton available?

2004 was a long time ago :P

Nice play by Uribe...good thing Hernandez is slow.

Wow, that was extremely close to a situation where the bat would have hit the ball all the way by the shortstop.

1 more Mac, let's do it.

good job mike

why is there so many broken bats? fat heads skinny grips or is it the wood?
