why is alex still starting?

I like facing the Blue Jays without Russ Adams. He's been a Sox killer over the past few years.

Career 1.240 OPS Vs the Sox, by far his highest Vs any team.

Uribe is appearantly still lazy.

Ugh, Burnett making the bottom of our order look silly.

Story of his career.

I think we refer to that as the NL ;)

Brian Anderson is good, where do I join his fanclub?

Oh man, two homers screwed by 2 inches in the last two days.

BA needed a few more feet for a road rbi. way to go though

He's pretty much made a living feasting off catchers and pitchers, he'd K the first guy he faces in an inning, walk the next 3 then strikeout the catcher and pitcher to end the inning. He's the perfect NL pitcher when healthy.

dreamy

That was high.

Took called third strike.. was it another perfect, right down the middle pitch? I didn't see it.

Pods....YOU HAVE TO PROTECT! Anderson had a great AB though, and missed a homer by a foot.

and a bit outside

maybe high, but it was a good pitch. Wish pods would just swing when he's got 2 strikes, please.

Do they keep a stat for caught looking anywhere?

He just needs to learn how to foul off tough pitches like that. Someone like Gload does a great job at that.

no. It was a tough pitch, it could have gone either way though

The last 2 at bats of the inning make you question who is the #9 hitter and who is the lead off man.

protect is a good choice of words there. pods is playin better last few games but this remains a problem for him.

You can just go back and look at every play-by-play to tell how many K looking he has. Anyone have that much time on their hands?

That pitch was right down the middle. If a White Sox pitcher threw it you guys wouldn't be saying it was high and outside.
