Poor technique on that slide. He slid early and slowed down into the plate. He should have accelerated through the plate since I-rod wasn't blocking the plate.

Same pitch (or at least, very similar) twice. First time, batter doesn't swing and its called a ball. Second time, batter swings and misses.

i'm like 90% sure cintron should have been on third technically in the first place

 

you don't "get 2 bases" if it goes into the stands, it's a ground rule double no matter what, he should have been on 2nd and thats where he was, he just had a horrible slide

 

edit: accept of course just whipping it into the stands as he rounds 2nd....
