Featured Replies

Our recent pull baseball approach, combined with Redman throwing a ton of offspeed pitches, will equate to a busy day for Berroa.

Please don't go into a funk JD

Well it's hard to imagine him keeping this up ALL year, he's due for a slump, but PK and Thome are due to go on a tear...

Dye really looks lost. Move him back to the 5th spot until he makes contact again.

The Sox almost got Sweeney several years ago as a catcher. KC wanted a prospect Schueler didn't want to give up, so the Sox got Fordyce instead. Sweeney was a horrible catcher.

come on freddy. one more.

I don't remember, someone who didn't amount to anything. It would have been interesting if the Sox actually made that trade, because after Sweeney showed he couldn't catch, he really wouldn't have had a spot to play.

Jim swings threw an 83 mph fastball right down the middle. Not good

It's pointless having Thome in the lineup right now.

#30 for PK

Might as well let him rest till the Angels series. Were going to be facing some pretty crappy pitching against Boston and Cleveland, we can get by without him. Besides, he's pretty much useless right now

Good job by PK...now Garcia has to hold the Royals down.

If the Indians pitchers we'll be facing are crappy, then I don't want to know how you'd classify the Sox starters.

Anyone remember the last time Thome homered? Feels like ages ago.

Their pitching staff as a whole has been subpar all year, we should be able to put some runs up against them, especially at home

WOW, Freddy's popping it up there today. 90 mph!

So far Freddy looking solid. 3 Ks after 2 innings.

I believe it was against Toronto like 4 weeks ago.

Nice to see Freddy going after hitters with some determination.

What happened to Ozzie's rule where he added 1 extra day off after an injured player said they were ready to play?

i think he hit one in that 4 game set against kc that we split.

but i may be wrong

what else is new? pop out for Uribe.

BA needs to learn how to lay off a pitchers pitch with less than two strikes

I love Pablo.

Pablo, showing some speed and power. Glad to see the old Pablo back again. The pre-injury Pablo!

Your right, it was 3 weeks ago tomorrow against KC.

Nice swinging bunt. Runners on the corners for JD.
