Choo FTW

more like FTL Zing!, Choo = Leroy Jenkins.

Most of our hitters would have slowed down halfway to 1st.

It would have never happened....our guys wouldn't hit the ball hard the other way.

Min and Det tied at 2 in the bot 3rd

The Indians aren't done scoring, so it would really benefit the Sox to wake up the bats now, and not in the 6th or 7th inning. I'm eagerly anticipating Uribe trying to break out of his 20 AB hitless streak against a junk pitcher.

Byrd is junk?

By games end Brian Anderson will have a higher batting average than Juan Uribe.

He's the epitome of a junk pitcher.

Byrd is junk?

He throws all breaking s***, nothing hard that makes him a "junk ball" pitcher.

Podsednik would've peeled off half-way there.

BTW...55 homers for Howard

Ozzie better tell Uribe to either become a speed guy or a power guy.

Good grief guys...when the hit-and-run is on, hit the ball on the freaking ground.

Byrd may have a 90 pitch CG.

"Great approach" with a can of corn to RF.

Well he did hit it hard the other way.

The only part of Sweeney's game that worries me right now is that the ball doesn't "jump" off of his bat. He's hit a couple of balls that looked like he got them good, but they only went like 300 feet into the outfield. Nice swing by Uribe...bad luck.

it doesnt matter if you throw 100mph, if you cant hit your location, you cant pitch. he hasnt walked a guy in his last 4 starts.

Well he did hit it hard the other way.

Not very hard at all. It was a lazy, looping fly ball. His "great approach" isn't worth much when he's not yet ready for major league pitching.

Sweeney = a very good prospect who is nowhere near ready for the majors.

If he strikes out, I hope they boo him off the field.

if howard breaks 62, will you consider him the leader? sans *

Backwards K?

Mackowiak just walked...

Like they said, I was referring to junk as a junk ball pitcher.
