Why does Thome bat 4th vs. lefties? Konerko is so much better vs. lefties. It is stupid how Ozzie won't change the middle of the order once again.

One thing I have never understood is how stupid some lefties look when they face a lefty. Righties face righties and dont look stupid when they throw them a curve. But lefties can look like 12 year olds seeing a curve for the first time. f***ing bailing and stepping out. How stupid.

Righties face righties every day from little league to the bigs. Lefties don't face lefties that often probably until they turn pro. I agree with you, and this is the only explanation I can make up.
