Seattle @ Sox - Last Ditch Effort

It's getting to the point where if we can get some good value for Contreras, you have to consider trading him. There's been such a huge decline in his stuff since last season. No one is mentioning how he's throwing 3 mph less than he was last year.

And Contreras looks HURt.

This season is going to leave a really bad taste in my mouth, not because they didn't make the playoffs, but because they played absolutely horrific, uninspired baseball over the past two months.

There goes Contreras. I'm sure he'll be ready to take the mound again after the ASB next season.

And down goes Contreras. He looks injured...time to shut him down for the season. This season can't end soon enough.

agreed, judging by KWs comments in the trib today along with his comments in ST his goal is to get younger. Next year i expect the tigers to regress a bit and the royals to to actually compete.

OMG!

I don't care if he gets up and starts walking....shut him down!!!!!!!!

May have finally tore that hamstring. Ouch.

Paulie could of taken that himself anyway.

there went the trade value...LOL!!!

Right hammy it looks like.

Could easily be a snapped MCL.

Contreras getting helped off the field reminds me of people at a retirement home getting help walking.

If he actually tore something, would he be able/would they let him walk on it?

Judging by how they were rubbing it, it looks like a cramp.

a 15-1 loss would really put a cap on this season, lets do it!

I don't think you could pay me to go to the games tomorrow and Sunday.

I'm sure Ozzie will just tell people to blame him.

consider this BMAC's tryout

who gets Jose's last start? Haeger or McCarthy?

yay!, go fields!

I would give Jose's last start to McCarthy get him ready for the starting rotation next season. Here I was hoping we conclude a pitiful season on a positive note. This team has given up. I wish the season would end quick to put us out of our misery for the season.

Fields stance reminds me of Rios(tor)

that was a productive out.

Not a terrible swing by Fields. He looked overmatched by Meche's fastball, but it'll take him time to shorten his swing.
