I had a shot at a 300 game once, but I choked in the 2nd frame.

Back in my bowling days(I was real good when I was 10-11, seriously) I had 5 strikes in a row to start a game in league play, my friends told a few people and all the sudden a bunch of people were surrounding our lane. My next shot, I hit my knee as I was throwing the ball and there went that game, ended up a 222. Too much pressure for the 10 year old Rowand. :P

Wow, and it had nothing to do with hair/haircut.

Hahaha. Well I did play bball a few days ago, for the first time since I got it cut, it's amazing how much easier it is to play when you can actually see the court. :P

I've done that many times. It gets nerve-wracking realizing your only 11 strikes away doesn't it? :P

I needed 1 hour to graduate from SIU and I took Bowling. It was taught by a graduate student and was a total coaster class.

One of my final projects in another class meant I had to stay up and work in the lab for 12 straight hours. I didn't take a nap before going to work so I went in at 10pm and had bowling at noon the next day. I finished around 11am, was so tired, walked straight over to the Student Center where bowling was held, and sat down 45 minutes before class.

It was one of the last days of class so we just bowled a couple of games. My first game, I bowled a 230. I was a zombie and in the zone. Strike, spare, strike, it was a thing of beauty. I will never bowl a game like that again. Wish I had a video.

Went back to my room and wanted to fall asleep but just couldn't because it would of thrown my sleep patterns off, so I stayed up, went out that night and went to bed around 2am. That night was the best night sleep ever. I was up for almost 48 hours straight.
