I'd do it, only bc I expect DLee to have a big 2nd half (power wise) as he continues to come back from injury. And though you don't NEED Papelbon, that frees you up to move one of your other closers (or Pap) and fill another need...

 

Try to find a guy who's real desperate for a closer to possibly get an upgrade at 2B or SS...

Id accept that trade, your receiving a good amt in DLee and Pap.

 

You can go ahead and drop Fuentes, hes no longer closing, they are doing a commitee thing.

1. This years potential Liriano's - Tim Lincecum (in AAA to start), Alex Gordon.

2. Players on the decline - stay away from - Freddy Garcia, Andruw Jones.

3. Comeback players - Alex Rios, Sammy Sosa, Todd Helton, CC Sabathia.

4. Solid players that you can draft in late rounds. - David Ross, Adrian Gonzalez, Chuck James, Ricky Nolasco, Connor Jackson, Akinori Iwamura.

5. New closers - Jose Valverde, Joel Zumaya, Nolasco (closers this early are speculation)

6. Underrated / Overrated players - Underrated - Rios, Overrated - Ryan Howard.

 

Also, I am in a keeper league, and we get to keep two players. Which two would you guys keep out of all these: A-Rod, Vernon Wells, Jason Bay, Roy Oswalt, Maggs

Please explain to me how Rios is a comeback player when he his .302 with 17 HR's and 82 RBI's last year which also happened to be his best season in mlb lol.... or Sabathia for that matter who had in era in the low 3's.... Hell I dont know how you consider Helton in that category either... you do get kudos for Sammy i guess. Also you are aware lincecum's era is closer to 5 than it is 4 =).

 

Than why would you highlight David Ross like it was a good thing lol
