April 26, 200718 yr I live in Carbondale, which most of you should know is 350 miles from Chicago. My home cannot receive a satellite signal at all because of all the trees. Mediacom cable does not have comcast or mlb. But I am blacked out of Sox games. Mlbtv.com says there is nothing they can do. What can I do? Do I need to trade IP addresses with someone in Florida??? Just to give them money???
April 26, 200718 yr You're screwed. I'm more than 300 miles away from Chicago as well and I can't get Cards (I get FS midwest,) Brewers, Cubs, Sox (no comcast,) Twins, and Royals games.

That doesnt matter. I let my friend down in texas use my mlb.tv, and he could see whitesox games fine but his ranger games were blacked out.

I've been trying to figure something out for 2 years now, and nothing right now. I can't think of a reason why Carbondale is blacked out for Sox games, it makes absolutely 0 sense. And he couldnt see his rangers games and i could using the same mlb.tv. Also he was just one of my friends that I let use it, and it was same story. Plus when i went to Arkansas for vacation I was able to watch the whitesox fine on my mlb.tv
