Paris Hilton out of jail?

I think they should have given her a cellmate, it probably will make it easier for her. They can give her some young 20 year old non-violent offender. Martha Stewart wasn't in isolation

I swear I read somewhere that she had a handpicked cellmate, some girl who committed a nonviolent crime.

Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!

Posted Jun 8th 2007 3:05PM by TMZ Staff

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood!

Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom."

One witness described the scene as Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

I was just going to post this...God what a sheltered life she has led. Calling for her mommy. Too funny.

I'm telling you...it's gonna come out that mommy pulled some strings and/or paid a few people to get her out of jail. They just seem to be those kind of people who think they can buy their way out of trouble. If Mom and Dad were smart they would tell Paris to suck it up and do the time....but we all know THAT ain't happening.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

This is probably the first real trouble in her life that her parents couldn't get her out of, a lot of us go through this much earlier in life, maybe it will be an actual wake-up call............ nah, she'll get out and be at a club within an hour.

yeah, judges don't like to have their decisions questioned or changed without them having their say

The CNN Ticker had this hilarious statement:

"Hilton didn't want to go to court, offered to talk to court on phone"

I keep giggling at this one too

A judge orders Paris Hilton back to jail, CNN confirms. She was taken from court screaming, The Associated Press reports.

boo who, little princess has to go to prison. I am sure she is the b**** or whatever they are in female prisons. I wonder if the big girls are going to knock her soap down in the shower, or whatever form of rape a woman can do on a woman.

Well, I'm not really hoping she gets raped. I just want her to serve the time like anybody else would. Jail is about rehabilitation. Maybe it will work for her and teach her some responsibility that her parents never did. If they are looking for someone to blame they can look in the mirror.

I'm not hoping, but it would be my guess she would be the prison b****. I hope she is never on or mentioned on TV again, but that isn't happening.

prison is about teaching a lesson. NO ONE wants to go to jail. It's not a good experience. It's not supposed to be. Penalties are what keep us in check. As much as we like to THINK we may not do something because we are good people, ultimately it's about fear of punishment. 40+ days in jail should be some humble pie for her.

Oh geez...any chance she gets the death penalty this time? If not, then quit teasing us with this crap.

That's not all true. The reason I don't clock some old lady on her head and steal her purse isn't because I'm afraid of the consequences. It's because I'm a decent human being that knows right from wrong. Punishment is definitely a deterrent in some cases, but in others it's just common decency.

Penalties keep us in check as kids....Do this and you lose your allowance. Do this and you're grounded. Do this and no driving privledges? I think eventually you grow up and just start knowing right from wrong. You don't need that threat hanging over your head to do the right thing. Now there's tons of adults out there that have never learned this. Be it from not having a parent around to teach them right from wrong or from being spoiled rotten and always getting your way.

Paris has never been held accountable for anything...It's too bad the first time is prison instead of a grounding, but I think this will definitely serve as a deterrent for her in the future.

I'm willing to bet within 2 months of her getting out, there will be video of her getting out of a club, stumbling around, and getting behind the wheel. As weird as it is to say....i wouldn't mind if she ran into me while driving

neither would i because i'd be a rich man after i sued her for all that hotel jack.

my thoughts exactly. That's why you would think that Paris' parents would be overly concerned about her driving drunk and out partying all the time. Having heard those two in the press time and time again...you can tell they look down on most of us and you would think they wouldn't want to give up the cash to the first person Paris hurts or kills.

I'll take "things Christianity and the US penal system have in common" for $100, Alex.

Fixed that for you

It seemed like the judge over-stepped his boundaries a lot in this case, could make for an appeal. I think the judge needs to get the stick out of his ass personally. And im not a Paris fan at allll.

I dont really understand what his boundaries would be, seeing as Im no Lawyer. Could you explain what he may have done wrong?

I don't think it's ever really a good idea to antagonize the judge when in court. Stuff like yelling out "May I have your autograph?" at the judge or attempting to merely phone into court will probably just get you in more trouble.
